Vibration Measurement Conditions of Roller Bearing

1. Pre-lubricated (grease, oil or solid lubrication) bearings, including sealed bearings and shielded bearings, should be tested under the supply state.

2. The cleanliness of bearings is an important index that influences the vibration performance of bearings, so bearings should be cleaned effectively. Avoid introduction of pollutants or other vibration sources. Anti-rusting agent on some products can satisfy lubrication requirements of vibration test, so it can be kept.

3. Lubrication: Before test, a certain amount of clean and low-viscosity grease should be used according to types and size of the bearings and it should accord with requirements of GB/T 3141 standards.

During the lubrication process, test run should be carried out to spread grease in bearings evenly.
