The installation and operation of bearing must accord with installation specifications.
Improper installation and its
environment will affect the using performance of bearing.
Maloperation may shorten the service life of whole machine or even damage it. The following notes should be paid attention during the installation of bearing.
1. The installation environment of bearing should be kept clean. If dust particles entering into the bearing, it will cause vibration and noise and aggravate the abrasion. At the same time, the installation tool and lubricating grease should also be kept clean. For some precision bearing and low-noise bearing, they should be installed in a clean room with a qualified cleaning degree.
2. Violent operation should be avoid during bearing installation. No hard impact is allowed during the installation process. Do not use the hammer to knock on the bearing directly. Do not deliver installation pressure through a rolling body. Do not put forth on the ductile parts, such as holder, seal ring or dust cover.
3. If possible, use professional tool to install the bearing.
4. Avoid bearing corrosion. In order to avoid bearing corrosion, before you take the bearing by hand, you must clean out the sweet on the hand and coat the hand with quality mineral oil.
