According to relative statistics, the bearing output of Chinese top 10 bearing manufacturers only occupies 34.5% of the total bearing output of China, while the bearing output of top three German bearing companies occupies 96% of Germany bearing output and top five Japanese bearing companies occupies 99.2% of Japan bearing output.
The low concentration of production results in problems such as low profits, unreasonable industry structure and low level repeated construction of Chinese bearing industry. Therefore, in the Twelfth Five-year Plan of China Bearing industry put forward the goal of establishing five bearing industrial bases in 2015, which will be Wafangdian, Luoyang, Sunan, Zhedong and Liaocheng. These five bearing industrial bases will be developed into bearing industrial bases with an annual sales revenue over 20 billion Yuan, and will have great influence at home and abroad. This measure will greatly promote the optimization and upgrading of bearing industrial bases.
