Fifth, conduct scientific fine management in the process management: first, to make sure the effective running of enterprises that have passed the verification ISO9000, ISO14000, QS9000, TS16949, VDA6.1, and etc. Second, conduct effective control of process target cost; third, carry out 5s management and achieve clean production; fourth, give play to private enterprises and bearing technology talents,and improve staff’s quality.
