How is the development of Chinese bearing industry in the international market?

The quality of common bearing products in China is comparable to that in Japan, and the price is low.

Hong Kong, Korea, Southeast Asia and China used to be the re-export trade places of China's bearing products. The region has become the main processing area for new technologies such as micro-household appliances, computers and labor-intensive products. There is a bright prospect for expanding the export of high-grade micro-bearings. China's bearing technology and quality level are very suitable for developing countries and emerging industrial countries. At present, China's bearing exports to Latin America, Africa and other developing countries account for only about 5% of the total export. The next few years will be a critical period for developing countries to gradually industrialize, and their demand for bearings will multiply. China's export of bearing products and technology to developing countries is expected to make breakthroughs. Moreover, in recent years, China's exports of household appliances, motorcycles, generators and other mechanical and electrical products to Latin America and Africa have increased considerably. Therefore, these regions have become the most potential markets for China's bearings exports and should be strengthened.

Latin American market, that is, South American market, because of its relatively backward economy, especially industry, determines that its bearing market demand is only 3% of the global market. Latin America bearings market mainly Brazil, Argentina, the main demand is automotive, agricultural machinery and mining equipment bearings. Brazil accounts for nearly 50% of Latin American market demand, while Argentina accounts for 30%.

Late development of Latin American bearing market in China's bearing industry is mainly due to its inconvenient geographical location and poor market prospects. In recent years, the export volume of Chinese bearings to Brazil and Argentina market has increased year by year, and the growth rate is larger. Therefore, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Uruguay should be exploited as potential markets.

The European market accounts for 31% of the global demand for bearings and is one of the three largest bearings markets in the world. Germany is the largest demand country for bearings in Europe, accounting for 45% of the annual sales of bearings in Europe, by Italy, France, the United Kingdom and so on.

China's exports to Europe account for only about 2% of its market demand, so it has great potential for development. In addition to continuing to open up German, Italian and British markets, Chinese bearing enterprises should intensify their efforts in the markets of the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Austria.
